Stacey & Simon Visit-Day 8

We packed a lot into one day on Wednesday February 23rd. We had a morning at home, naps, birthday party at Jumpin' Jacks, Cub Scout Pack Meeting (the Blue and Gold Banquet), and green bath. That morning Porter disappeared and emerged from the office (to which he had closed the door stinker!) with pen all over his hand. Thank heavens he left the computer and desk alone. These are pictures are the result of me saying "Show me your hands!"

One of Porter's best buds have a birthday party at Jumpin' Jacks: Dallin Russell! This picture here is of Porter Russell (Dallin's brother who is my Porter's age) and my Porter. Didn't ever get a picture of the birthday boy. *frown*
My Simon and Stacey! Simon just wanted to run around but wasn't incredibly interested in jumping and was scared of the slides (I took him down a couple times and he held on SO tight to me). Porter loved it all!

Porter enjoying the deliciously homemade Mario (the theme of the party) cupcakes.
Green bath! With all the turtle and frog bath toys we have. The green bath and Jumpin' Jacks (their logo has a frog) went together as a theme for the day.
Stacey and I read "The Foolish Tortoise" by Eric Carle to the boys during their bath and used the inflatable turtle I had for a prop.
Notice the frog bath towels.
Cute snuggly Simon!
