To date I have already harvested four zucchini from this one plant. They are huge! Would have picked them sooner had I noticed they were there. Have also had one tomato and waiting patiently (sigh) for more.
All the green--so pretty! (7/8)
From left to right there is squash, zucchini, beans, tomatoes, a random pink flower that came out of nowhere and is where the carrots should be, then to the right of that is radishes, lots of lettuce, herbs, and strawberries. I hate when everything goes to seed. The radishes have so time to pull them out. My basil keeps trying but I keep cutting the tops off to prolong it. Finally getting some cilantro!
The four zucchini harvested so far have been enjoyed at dinner (cooked on the grill or steamed), made into puree's for later use, and used for zucchini bread (my first ever!). I love it! Hope we get lots more.

I love the progressive pics. It looks great! Mine isn't doing very well. We discovered a critter that was ruining it. StCeh says you are inspiring.
