It's not like anyone who reads this blog hasn't seen a picture of my sleeping child but I can't get enough of the scene so here is another precious moment of my sleeping angel. I've been talking to Stacey (the twin for those of you who don't know, but how could you not know?) about how all of our blog posts are about our babies and people might get tired of that, hence the post about my haircut. So FYI...most will be about my child because he is the best part about my day and he is my day and everything else pales in comparison. No offense to anyone I may see during the day. I will however have an occasional post about me so that you know there is a face behind the computer and Aaron too. I don't post much about him because I don't think his job warrants much public knowledge. He is a detective in a specialized unit that I don't want to post publicly on a non-private blog. I will say he loves his job and works very, very, very hard and lots of hours. I am extremely grateful for him and working so hard, allowing me to stay home to raise our little Porter.
For any of you who use Pamper's diapers or wipes but could care less about the Gifts to Grow points, I was wondering if I could have those? It's taking me a long time to accumulate enough points on Pampers.com and I could use more. (In case you don't know there is a green/white sticker with the diapers and an engraved code under the lid of wipes and a printed code on the wipe refills; the codes are always really long with a mixture of letters and numbers.) I know there are people who could care less and they get thrown out so if you are one of those people and wouldn't mind, please leave a comment with them or e-mail me. Just a small simple no-big-deal request. =)

Can you tell I am a little obsessed with my son? (A nickname I gave Porter as an infant was "Babyson"; it's just fun to say.) Yes, every post is pretty much about him because he is all I think about and do and I try to soak up every mili-second with him since he's growing up so fast. I don't know how to turn this pictures (please, enlighten me if you do), but it's Porter and his cousin Eli. Porter loves to type on the keyboard if he is on my lap (yes I will let him do a post sometime). We took out this extra one and he loves to pound away but even more so chew on the cord. When Eli came to play for the day they shared...it was precious.
