Daddy visits Swim Class

The second to last day of swim class (7/7) Daddy came! Didn't know if he would come to watch or join in, and much to Porter's happiness he joined in!

Swimming for the toy: kicking legs and moving arms doing "tiger claws".

The "Wheels on the Bus" song!
The choo-choo train around the edge to "go to the zoo".
Porter's teacher Kellie asking him what toppings he wants on the pancake (his tummy) for the pancake song where they float on their backs.
Assembly line of jumpers doing "chop chop timber!"

Always so happy to be with Daddy but as always very tired after swim class.

The last day of swim class each child got an achievement card. Porter's teacher Kellie gave him a green star sticker, candy (Smarties...Porter was thrilled to have a special treat), and wrote to him "Great job this session! You did great! Keep on swimming!" He was marked off as having done all of the following to "pass" the class: getting wet with boys, kicking, enter water lifted in, enter water walking in, out-of-water exploration, exit lifted out, exit walking out, blowing bubbles on surface, blowing bubbles with mouth and nose submerged, underwater exploration, submerging mouth, nose, and eyes, front float, front glide, back float, back glide, roll from front to back and back to front, and leg action on front and back. I'm so proud of my little fishie!
