Porter Dentist & Silliness

Aaron went to get Porter up from his nap and he was in this cute pose with his leg kicked up resting on his knee of the other leg, and hand behind head. (4/1)
We went and had a play date at the park with my friends Manuela (left) and Amberly (right). It was fun! And such a beautiful day. (4/1)
Porter playing in the toy box. Silly boy. (4/2)
Cash and Porter playing in toy box. Porter's friends Cash and Kam came to play that morning. Porter loves having friends over.
Porter's newest favorite game: "Dinosaur Coming!" (4/2) He will say "Dinosaur coming!" and have to run and hide. Then we ask him how many there are (so he counts) and what colors they are (usually orange). So so cute and fun!

*Row, row, row your boat!* Porter uses the laundry basket as his boat and the crutches as ores. When Aaron would ask him what he saw he would point to the carpet and say "fishies" or "crocodile" and tell him what colors they were.
Porter had his second dentist appointment April 4th. Daddy got to come too! We were in and out of there in an hour; MUCH better than our last experience so I was very pleased. Everything went really well and I've very pleased with Children's Dental. Daddy kept Porter well entertained. They had the movie "Cars" playing on a TV screen in the room but he had more fun brushing the horses teeth, having Daddy read him books, playing on the ipad, and watching Dora.

Porter was a very good boy the whole time but did cry when he had to lay down under the bright light while the dentist cleaned his teeth. Porter got a balloon, book (he picked a Spiderman book; I wanted him to choose another one but oh well), a Crayon toothbrush, and a gift certificate to Red Robin for not having any cavities. The disappointment is it's only worth $1. Last time he got a free kids meal.
Daddy rescuing Porter toys (trains and cars) that ended up in the drain thanks to the help of Papa's handy reacher-grabby thingy.
Porter loves to use the apple corer/peeler. One of the best things my Mom has ever given me.
Porter so happy to ride around in the car at the store. (4/5) That day we were out running errands and he saw the car cart over at Smith's from Walgreens. I'm hardly ever on that side of town so I never shop there but I did that day to make my little son happy. =)
